Debbie Blumel Chief Executive Officer

Debbie is passionate about ensuring CTC services are family centred. Her strong business and commercial acumen are positioning the SCCTC to achieve the business opportunities and strategic partnerships necessary to ensure that the organisation thrives in the changing policy and funding environment. Debbie’s career experiences include leadership roles during times of significant transformational change including as a Sunshine Coast Regional Councillor, a member of the National Sea Change Taskforce, Regional Development Australia Sunshine Coast Chair, Northern Territory Medicare Local CEO, NT Department of Housing Executive Director and Population Health Planning and Research Manager in Queensland Health.

Kylie Robinson

Receptionist

Kylie is the friendly and welcoming person who greets families when they visit the centre or phone us. She is always available to assist with appointments, questions and payments as well as organising social and fundraising events. Kylie is passionate about helping and supporting families and watching the progress that children achieve with regular therapy.

Sue Richardson  B Bus

Finance Manager

Sue comes to the centre with 8 years’ experience as a Senior Finance Officer and is responsible for the centre’s financial management including payroll, business planning, budget planning and monitoring, asset management, financial reporting and funding contracts. Sue is currently undertaking the CPA program, holds a Bachelor of Business Degree and Diploma of Business

Melissa Terry B Sc

Receptionist

Melissa is passionate about providing a valuable service to the community. She comes to the centre with many years’ administrative experience in not-for-profit organisations in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Psychology and a Certificate IV in Relaxation Massage.
